Notes:

An exercise room can be setup in the basement, the attic or bonus room.
A good exercise room has plenty of room for floor and stretch mats.
Include in your exercise room some entertainment to facilitate the exercise.
Note the shelving and television table. The table is low enough for supporting floor exercise.
