Replace the Garage Doors
Some garages announce themselves far too much, and there’s not much you can do about it. Don’t emphasize a garage door that dominates your exterior. Instead, add texture to the front of your home with stone veneer, a brick wall, or an attractive fence.
Replace old garage doors with doors styled to match the home’s architecture and in the same color as most of the front of your house to blend in. Garage door design has gotten a lot more interesting. You can select doors with windows in the top panels or doors that reproduce a more historical style, such as carriage doors or elegant paneling.
