If he doesn&#8217;t see his shadow, then early spring has arrived.<\/li>\n<li class=\"none\">It is an early tradition that has evolved over time from early colonial settlers. Thousands from around the area come to celebrate the day with food, music and games. But no matter what Punxsutawney Phil will predict, we officially have 6 weeks of winter before spring arrives.
